SDL Trisoft 2009 responds to the needs of global companies to accelerate and tailor the delivery of technical information to the diverse segments of their customer base. Customers are increasingly requiring content that is customized specifically to their own interests and profiles, in their own languages and delivered over the web. These consumption requirements are putting pressure on global companies to seek easier and faster ways to write, rearrange technical information on-the-fly and dynamically publish targeted technical content to very specific audiences, adapted to those audiences’ languages and interests.
The new functionalities in SDL Trisoft 2009 specifically target these growing business drivers. SDL Trisoft’s extensive condition management capabilities have been recognized for some time by customers and analysts as a powerful differentiator. Condition management allows companies to manage thousands of variations and combinations in technical content that can be integrated dynamically to address different customer profiles.
