What's inside

BluePrinting™. BluePrinting represents channel content as ‘publications’ where a channel can be a corporate website, a local website, email, mobile website and even print. A publication hierarchy ensures that corporate, centralized information is always shared, current and up-to-date in any related publications.

Intelligent navigation. Use taxonomies to provide content driven navigation for your visitors including keyword-based navigation, breadcrumb trails, related content, topic maps, tag clouds and more.

WebForms. Online forms provide an efficient way to identify and qualify leads to potential customers. By providing website visitors with convenience and service, you can gather information about their preferences, interests and characteristics.

Marketers directly manage and add these forms to pages, enabling them to create interaction with customers whenever necessary.

Interface options. SDL Tridion users can access the system through Content Manager Explorer, our main interface, which presents custom options based on user roles and tasks. In addition, content contributors can perform “in-context editing” using Site Edit or access content through multiple applications using the WebDAV Connector.

Integrations. You can also use your CRM data to ensure that all information is up-to-date. As a result you can use this specific information about your target audience to select appropriate content and to also personalize your e-mails.

Benefits
  • Multi-channel effectiveness – a single point in which you can manage web, email and mobile channels
