How does SDL XPP support XML?

Enables transformation of content on import or export using XSL stylesheets and an XSLT engine.
XML structure and attributes can be used to control formatting characteristics. XPath context can be used to map diverse or unique formatting instructions to tags of the same name.
Supports the manipulation of structure through the interactive XyView, letting the user:
- Navigate the page by structure.
- Request a validating parse after edits.
- Follow errors to their source in the document.
- Control display of tags and processing instructions in the Line Editor.

Supports CALS table and MathML mark-up.
Supports Perl and its XML libraries for manipulating content during composition.
