Global Authoring Survey Article

The 2009 SDL Global Authoring Survey results have been published in the Institute of Scientific and Technical Communicators newsletter.  The SDL survey research paper explores trends in the authoring of technical documentation. Results from this year's survey were compared to last year's and a number of key observations were made, including an increase in XML and DITA adoption, as well as a rise in the number of authors who are writing documentation for a global audience.
